Cancellations

• Residential bookings require at least 24 hours notice

• Commercial bookings require at least 48 hours notice

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee depending on the situation and reserved resources.

Refunds

Refunds are not automatic. Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, Nettoyage Luxe Élite Inc. may offer:

• Full refund

• Partial refund

• Free re-cleaning of affected areas

Refunds are generally only issued when the issue is directly related to service execution.
