General Terms

Nettoyage Luxe Élite Inc. provides residential, commercial, and deep cleaning services. By booking a service, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Service Expectations

We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services with a “satisfaction guaranteed” approach. If a client is not satisfied, we will assess the situation and may, at our discretion, re-clean the affected area or offer a partial or full adjustment depending on the circumstances.

Access to Property

Clients are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property. If access codes, keys, or entry instructions are provided, the client confirms authorization for our staff to enter and perform services unattended if required.

Exclusions & Limitations

We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, mould, deep-set grime, or materials that require specialized restoration services. We also do not move heavy or unsafe items unless agreed in advance.

Liability

Nettoyage Luxe Élite Inc. is fully insured for residential and commercial services. We are responsible only for damages directly caused by proven negligence during service. Pre-existing damage, fragile items, or improperly secured items are not our responsibility.

Payments

We accept e-transfer, cash, and cheque. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits

Deposits may be required for large-scale jobs involving additional labour, supplies, or extended scheduling. Deposit terms will be clearly communicated prior to booking.
